Earned a certificate in agile product development from a globally recognized organization. Coursework included core skills for managing product development and growing outcomes including continuous discovery and refinement, backlog management, and agile/scrum sprint ceremonies.

Completed a master’s in human centered design at the leading graduate-only design school in Chicago at the intersection of design and business. Coursework included design research, design strategy, design planning, human factors, service design, and user experience design.

Earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media and a minor in business at Indiana University, graduating with honors while competing as a three-year captain of a varsity soccer team that earned multiple Bit Ten titles and was runner-up in the NCAA College Cup.
